About the Role
Join EON as a Marketing Manager to champion its brand, lead media strategy, and manage purpose-driven programs. The role is based in Makati with a hybrid setup and reports to the President/COO.
EON is looking for a Marketing Manager who will take charge of strengthening and championing the EON brand across platforms, partnerships, and purpose-driven initiatives. Based in Makati with a hybrid work setup, this role reports directly to the President and Chief Operating Officer and plays a central role in aligning marketing efforts with the company’s business objectives.
As EON’s brand custodian, the Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategies to reinforce brand identity, oversee corporate and CEO social media presence, manage media relations, and ensure the EON website reflects the organization’s vision. This role also opens opportunities to build and nurture key partnerships, represent EON in relevant networks, and lead thought leadership initiatives that position the company as an industry expert.
Beyond brand and marketing, the role also supports EON’s broader purpose by managing advocacy programs under the EON Foundation, including the Branding the Philippines campaign and the Philippine Trust Study.
With at least five years of experience in public relations, brand management, social media, and stakeholder engagement, the ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong project management and communication skills. Responsibilities
EON Brand Custodianship
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen EON’s brand identity

Thought Leadership
- Identify opportunities for the organization to participate in conferences, panels, and other events to showcase expertise and enhance brand recognition
EON Foundation and EON advocacies
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, beneficiaries, and partners
- Lead project management on advocacy campaigns such as EON’s Branding the Philippines advocacy and Philippine Trust Study
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in public relations, marketing, brand management, social media, partnership building, and advocacy programs
- Highly organized, project management experience
- Communication skills
