Associate Account Directors, Brand PR and Corporate PR

About the Role

EON is seeking an Associate Account Director to lead our client portfolio and drive business growth. This
role requires a seasoned leader with proven expertise in business development, client servicing, and
team management. As an Associate Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in winning new
business, leading campaigns, and ensuring excellence from pitch to execution.

Responsibilities

Business Development, Revenue Growth, and Communication Strategy Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries or existing clients
  • Build strong partnerships with clients to expand and sustain agency revenue
  • Co-leads research, ideation, and brainstorming for pitch proposal to secure new accounts or
    organic client’s new requirement

Client Leadership & Campaign Management

  • Oversee multiple accounts from various industries, ensuring timely and quality delivery of
    agreed scope of work
  • Co-leads the development and execution of communication plans based on the client’s brief
  • Guide teams in developing strategy and communications campaigns that meet client goals
  • Along with the Senior Account Manager, act as senior point of contact for clients, and provide
    strategic counsel to client inquiries or concerns

Team Management

  • Monitors projects trackers, leads alignment meetings, and provides guidance and constructive feedback to internal team to maximize performance
  • Work with the Human Resources team in screening potential team members, assess performance and recommend development plans of existing team members.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, mentor, and inspire multiple sub-teams with members consisting of Senior Account
    Managers, Account Managers, and Account Executives
  • Ensure teams’ timely and quality outputs through clear direction setting, regular alignments,
    and constructive feedback
  • Champion a culture of excellence, continuous growth, and collaboration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • At least 8–10 years of progressive agency experience, with strong exposure to either corporate
    public relations, branding, or integrated campaigns
  • Proven track record in winning new accounts and growing revenue
  • Insighting and campaign strategy development
  • Strong leadership and people management skills; ability to guide and mentor multiple teams
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Agile and adaptable
