In the course of his stay in the country, Fr. Lawton hosted a reception for students interested in attending LMU and met with different organizations to help strengthen ties with LMU constituents.

“We are excited to have hosted Fr. Lawton especially since LMU is one of the top universities in the west coast of the United States. We welcome LMU’s commitment to increase its recruitment of international students from schools in Asia, like FEU,” FEU president Dr. Lydia Echauz said.

Founded in 1911, Loyola Marymount attracts undergraduate, graduate and professional students who seek an ethnically and racially diverse university dedicated to the highest academic standards, the education of the whole person and faith-inspired concern for justice.
